Art exhibitions open at L’Atelier 122
The cultural calendar launches with the vernissage of October’s exhibition, “Parcours de curieuses,” scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at L’Atelier 122. Painter Ghislaine Dognon and sculptor Lamia Maître will attend the opening event, which offers free admission to the public.
Judo-Club gimontois hosts seasonal restart
Sports enthusiasts can head to the Step dojo on Saturday at 2 p.m. for the seasonal restart of the Judo-Club gimontois. The club has organized open trials for participants of all age groups, welcoming both children and adults interested in trying out the sport.
Octobre rose campaigns highlight community solidarity
A fitboxing training session runs at the Step from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, accompanied by a crêpe sale. Later that evening at 7 p.m., the ESG basket hosts a solidarity evening at the gymnasium d’En-Pêtre to mark the visit of Saint-Delphin.

Sunday morning brings a solidarity walk with a maximum length of 8 kilometers, scheduled for a two-hour duration. The walk departs at 9:15 a.m. and finishes under the central market hall, where supporters can purchase league benefit goodies and PEP’S house creative items during the regular open-air market.

Sunday morning activities under the central market hall feature the traditional open-air market from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., alongside an open stage for local artists. In parallel, parish services include confessions at 9:45 a.m. followed by mass at 10:30 a.m. at the église Notre-Dame-du-Gimontois. Meanwhile, the municipal library association maintains morning hours at the town hall from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for on-site inquiries and registrations.
