Free Family Sports Event Muoviti Alba Returns This Sunday

Families in Alba will have access to a free afternoon of games, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, and yoga on Sunday, October 25, 2026, as the traveling sports initiative “Muoviti Alba” takes over the Paolo Brusco sports facility. Running from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM local time (UTC+1), the event requires no advance registration or admission fee, with participants simply asked to wear athletic clothing.

Activities at Paolo Brusco Sports Facility

The program at the via Pinot Gallizio venue begins with collaborative motor and play activities designed for adults and children to experience together. Following a scheduled afternoon snack break, attendees can test out three distinct sports disciplines: volleyball, badminton, and pickleball. Older participants can also take part in dedicated yoga sessions led by experienced coaches.

Local Entities and Fondazione CRC Support the Initiative

The traveling format is organized in cooperation with local entities, including the Quartiere Moretta district, Pallavolo Alba, Alba Shuttle Badminton, Sport Insieme, San Paolo Sport Alba, Associazione Dilettantistica Santa Margherita, and Chandra H.om.E. Financial and logistical backing for the community gathering is provided by the Fondazione CRC. Davide Tibaldi, the city’s sports councillor, noted that the initiative continues the municipal effort to bring family-oriented sports programming directly into local athletic centers.
