Venue Access and Transportation Guidelines
Parking is allocated by date within the arena’s multi-level structure. Visitors arriving by car on Saturday should use Area 3 of the multi-level parking garage, while Sunday attendees may use Areas 2 and 3. Due to limited stall capacity, organizers recommend utilizing public transit or the free shuttle bus service operating exclusively on Sunday.

The free shuttle service runs Sunday from 07:30 until approximately 18:30 along two distinct routes. Outbound buses travel from Music Town and BC Koza directly to the arena parking structure, while return services follow the reverse paths. Unauthorized parking in neighboring commercial lots or residential streets is strictly prohibited.
Arena Rules and Facility Regulations
Doors open at 08:00 on both mornings. The venue maintains a strict smoke-free policy throughout all indoor spaces, with no temporary smoking areas provided. Outside food is permitted, but glass bottles and aluminum cans are banned. While internal concessions operate during the event, alcohol sales are unavailable.
Spectators should note that the venue provides no coat check or luggage storage, and visitors are asked to limit large bags. Payment within the arena—including the main shop and concourse concessions, excluding the second-floor merchandise stand—is completely cashless.
