Tournament Format and Venue Breakdown Across Niigata

The tournament brings together 16 high school baseball programs representing five prefectures across the region. Niigata Prefecture, serving as the host, fields four teams, while Fukui, Ishikawa, Toyama, and Nagano each send three qualifying schools.

Action will unfold across three venues in Niigata Prefecture. The opening ceremony is scheduled for October 9, followed by the first round on October 10 and the quarterfinals on October 11. The tournament concludes with the semifinals on October 17 and the championship game on October 18.

First-Round Matchups and Schedule for October 10

The opening day features eight matchups spread across three distinct ballparks, with games beginning at staggered morning and afternoon times.

At HARD OFF ECO Stadium Niigata, Seiryo meets Teikyo Nagaoka at 9:00 a.m., followed by Tsuruga Kehi taking on Ueda Nishi at 11:30 a.m., and Kanazawa playing Nippon Bunri at 2:00 p.m.

At Sanjo Pearl Metal Stadium, Saku Tosho squares off against Komatsu Otani at 9:00 a.m., Takaoka Shogyo plays Fukui Shogyo at 11:30 a.m., and Tokyo Gakkan Niigata meets Takaoka Daiichi at 2:00 p.m.

At Nagaoka City Kyukuyama Baseball Ground, Toyama Shogyo faces Nagaoka at 10:00 a.m., while Hokuriku matches up against Matsusho Gakuen at 12:30 p.m.
