1B – TRANSFERS 18-year-old Omar Sarr has signed a contract with Anderlecht until 2030. The controlling midfielder was signed from Diambars FC in Senegal. Sarr will join the RSCA Futures.
Sarr is described on the Anderlecht website as a player who plays efficiently and quickly and who also likes to keep things simple by winning the ball for the defense. Sarr also plays for Senegal’s U20s after being quickly transferred from the U17s. He took part in the Africa Cup with the U20 last year. Last season, Sarr was named one of the eleven best players in Senegal.
