The Bordeaux Museum of Fine Arts (Nouvelle-Aquitaine) gives pride of place to Eugène Delacroix. For a few more weeks, visitors can admire four rare drawings by the master of romanticism. For the first time, the sketch of Greece on the ruins of Missolonghi (1826) is on display alongside the original masterpiece. A unique witness to the painter’s unique technique.
