Husband’s Affair Exposed in Restaurant Video | Italy

The story took place in Catania, Sicily. According to the diary West France the loving couple was clearly recognizable on the recording from the local restaurant, which led the concerned wife to decide to break up with the man.

Instead of begging his wife for forgiveness, the man sent lawyers to the restaurant. He is demanding compensation, which is supported by the Italian consumer protection association Codacons.

In addition, the complainant threatens to refer the case to the Office for the Protection of Personal Data. He argues that he did not give his consent to the filming of his person on a video intended for the public.

“It is unacceptable for a restaurant to film its customers without clear permission and publish a video that exposes a person to unforeseeable consequences,” explained Codacons spokesman Francesco Tanasi.

“In some cases like this, the release of a video can have very serious implications for private and family life,” he added.

The case from Catania is reminiscent of last year’s affair from the British group Coldplay’s concert in Boston, USA, where a camera that captures couples in the audience and projects them on a big screen in anticipation of kissing (Kiss Cam) caught a celebrity with a lover.

It was the CEO of the data platform Astronomer Andy Byron and the head of the human resources department of the same company Kristin Cabot, who apparently went to the concert as a date.

Realizing they were on camera and the center of attention, Byron quickly let go of Cabot’s hands as she covered her face and turned away. Nevertheless, the video went viral and became a hit.

Both actors were married, but each with someone else. Byron resigned his post shortly afterwards.
