Berlin (dpa) – Around the NBA game in Berlin, the Orlando Magic around the basketball world and European champions Franz and Moritz Wagner want to offer fans many opportunities to get closer to the team. The club from the US state of Florida will open the “Orlando Magic Kiez” in the Deutsche Telekom representative office in Berlin-Mitte on January 10th next year. This will be a meeting place for fans and provide opportunities to meet former Magic players, a statement said.
Another German national player there
For Franz and Moritz Wagner it is the return to their hometown. Orlando’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies on January 15th in the Uber Arena (8 p.m.) is the league’s first regular season game in Germany. In addition to the Wagner brothers, who are currently sitting out due to injuries, the German national player Tristan da Silva also plays for the Magic.
Ex-Orlando professionals such as Nick Anderson and Mickael Pietrus will also be signing autographs and meeting supporters at other locations in the capital during this time.
