Supporters “unknown to the judicial authority”
Twelve people remain. Eleven men and one woman, all “unknown to the judicial authorities, except one for traffic incidents”, continues the Paris prosecutor’s office. On Monday, they were brought before the prosecutor’s delegate, the latter having requested the payment of a citizen contribution to a victim assistance association. They are accused of “possession of pyrotechnic articles of category F4, T2 or P2 by a person who does not hold a training certificate or authorization”.
Initially, an investigation had been opened “on the counts of participation in a group formed with the aim of committing violence or damage and detention without legitimate reason and prohibited by incendiary device order”. However, “no deterioration has been noted,” the prosecution indicated on Sunday evening.
The fact remains that the 12 people were ordered to pay this citizen contribution of 500 euros each to an association, the name of which has not been filtered. No further prosecution was initiated.
