Corporate Compliance Training: A Day in the Life

Not just played football. The Belluno Dolomites shows that he also wants to grow on the organizational and management level. Today, in fact, the Sedico Sports Center hosted a training meeting dedicated to corporate compliance with the supervisory body, “Seven Sport Management”.

The day involved the first team, engaged in Serie C, the technical and managerial staff, the managers of the various operating areas of the club and the Under 19 boys, protagonists in the spring 4 championship.

At the center of the training, the main tools provided for by the federal legislation and good management practices. Starting from the model of organization, management and control 231 (Mogc 231), made mandatory for all professional football realities by the FIGC: a system that defines correct behaviors, risk profiles and procedures oriented to protect companies, employees, members and collaborators from a criminal, civil, administrative and sporting point of view.

In this context, moreover, the Code of the Company were illustrated, the Whistleblowing model – useful for guaranteeing transparent and safe channels to report any illicit pipes – the code of conduct of the fans and the Safeguard institution, which governs the prevention and contrast measures to abuse, violence and discrimination.

The initiative testifies to the will of the Belluno Dolomites to invest in a path of inclusion and growth, inside and outside the green rectangle, following an approach aimed at combining sporting results and management responsibilities. Because it is also in this way that the link with the territory and the credibility of the project is strengthened.
