PSV Talent to Antwerp: Overmars Deal

The coming days promise to be exciting for Antwerp on the transfer market. The club recently saw Michel-Ange Balikwisha leave for Celtic and Senne Lammens should also make a smashing transfer. But Marc Overmars also seems to have a surprise in reserve.

The search for reinforcements has proven to be very difficult for Antwerp this summer. The means being limited, it was not easy to convince the target targets. It was therefore necessary to settle for free transfer opportunities like Foulon, Hairemans, Bijl and Kouyaté.

Antwerp recruits Babadi

But Overmars now seems ready to release another prestigious name from his hat. The Eindhovens Dagblad announces that Isaac Babadi would be on the way to the Bosuil. This 20 -year -old striker has been considered a great talent for Eindhoven for several years.

He made his debut in the first team two years ago and has since played 35 games, scoring three goals and delivering a decisive pass. But Babadi has not yet managed to break into the PSV 1.

No prospect of playing time at PSV

This season again, competition in the midfield is fierce and Babadi was therefore informed that he could go on loan. The PSV does not wish to keep it on the bench one more year and prefers to see it acquire experience at the highest level elsewhere.

Antwerp now seems to want to take advantage of it. Several German and Dutch clubs, of which Stolenda had expressed their interest. Babadi would have chosen Great Old, however. It would be a loan without an option to buy.
