In a recent episode of “Dopingsperre auf dem Bierdeckel,” Hector, now reflecting on his comments, issued a public apology. “last week, I saeid the FC game against Schalke was boring and poor. I then went to watch a kreisliga game and said it was the same.”
“I received an image from kreisligafussball.de. thay highlighted my statement and wrote, ‘We find this cheeky! Comparing Kreisliga football to Schalke’s is an insult to every Kreisliga player.'” Hector recounted.
His apology,though,wasn’t directed at the clubs. “I want to sincerely apologize to all Kreisliga players. that wasn’t my intention. I still thought the entire game was poor.”
