Lannion police arrested a young man, aged 16, suspected of being the author of a burglary committed on the night of August 28 to 29, in the Coppens college gymnasium. No less than 720 badminton shuttlecocks had been stolen there. “Which represents a loss of just over €1,000”, specifies Commander Pascal Olive.
The teenager had undertaken to sell the steering wheels, by publishing an ad on a website, which allowed the police to identify him. The young Lannionnais recognized the theft during his police custody. He will be presented to a children’s judge in September.
