In the competition, which was the second qualification for the individual freestyle finals, Snikus and King of the Dance were the best in the pair in the first qualifying group with a score of 80.393%. The first place in the competition of 16 athletes was awarded to the Latvian duo by all five judges.
Italy’s Sara Morganti and Royal Delight were second with a score of 77.250%, and third place went to Irish rider Michael Murphy with Cleverboy (76.072%).
Snikus and King of the Dance remained undefeated already on Wednesday in the first qualifying competition, where prizes were awarded. Snikus and King of the Dance qualified for the finals on Sunday with the highest number of points.
At the World Championship in Herning, competitions in dressage, show jumping, vaulting and para dressage will take place until August 14.
