As we prepare for the start of the US Open, we’ve been keeping an eye on all of our favorite players like Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Naomi Osaka, Taylor Townsend, and defending champion Bianca Andreescu. Sports look very different in 2020, but players are adapting as best they can, some even turning their homes into gyms.
Andreescu shared one of his full body strengthening workouts and we are ready to try it. To do this workout you will need a yoga mat, medicine ball, dumbbell, long resistance band, mini resistance band, and bosu ball. If you don’t have everything on this list, feel free to get creative and use what you have around the house, Andreescu advised.
