The Yankees are still desperately looking for ways to plug the holes in their starting rotation and body of pitchers in general, and apparently they have been quite active negotiating with several teams.

According to Jon Heyman of Fancred, the New York Yankees and the Cleveland Indians held meetings where the Bombers of the Bronx began talks about the possibility of acquiring pitchers Corey Kluber and Carlos Carrasco via exchange.

With this, the Yankees have shown themselves to be quite committed to meeting their needs during this free agency, since it is reported that they have held meetings with J.A. Happ, Patrick Corbin and even James Paxton, in addition to having already re-signed C.C. Sabathia for one more year.
