The World Cup of Homelessness is set up a week after a partnership-based event

More than 500 footballers meet in Mexico City, days later, to participate in the World Cup for the Livestock, and will be launched a week after the departure of the Harald Schmid partner for 50 years.
The Austrian man, who has been suffering from SDS two years ago, has created the competition with his friend Mel Yang 20 years ago to improve the lives of homeless people through this game.
The first edition was held in the hometown of Schmid Bjratz, 2003, and the owners won the title before they entered an annual competition.
More than 40 countries are now participating, with 400 games. Each team consists of four players in one week of football events, supported by the European Union and the Association of Professional Participants.
Two competitions, the first man and men and mixed competitions, and the other for women with the participation of 48 teams in Mexico, during the period 13 to 18 November.
Despite the organizers' expectations of 200,000 online and ongoing online millions, the story about the death of Schmid is still a shadow.
"He had one love and a great friend," Yang told Reuters by e-mail.
"He personally declared football. He was aware of his power."
Brazil has three titles, the record holder, and Mexico will try to balance and compensate its losses in the end of 2012 at home 8/5 against Chile.
