SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Willie Taggart's term in Florida State could not have been worse.

The Seminoles were spit out 24/3 at Virginia Tech at the season opener, had to retire after a 13-point deficit at FCS Samford and were whistled down by Syracuse on Saturday with a 30: 7.

Following the loss of Syracuse, FSU fans were wary of the program's status and the low losses suffered by the Seminoles.

The December Tallahassee Democrat story about Taggart's contract had more than 2,000 views on Saturday, and some people even went one step further.

From Saturday night, night different GoFundMe accounts were created to pay Taggart's buyout if he was fired this season. So far, a whopping $ 10 has been collected.

The buyout of Taggart would be $ 21.25 million after this season, not even the guaranteed money to which the assistant is entitled.

NoleSports reporter Wayne McGahee accepts:

This is an absolutely ridiculous reaction to the first three games of Willie Taggart's term.

The team did not look good, but Taggart inherited an offensive line clash and had to install two brand new offensive and defense systems as well as do whatever he could to fix a fallow culture that Jimbo Fisher had left behind after the 2017 season.

The FSU will not bombard Taggart this year, not even considering the cost the administration has incurred to bring it here, and how ridiculous it would be to sack a coach after just one season.
