Man Utd stars return home after Watford win - Pogba and five others leave early -

Manchester United clinched a victory with a nervous victory over Watford after goals from Romelu Lukaku and Chris Smalling scored all three points in Vicarage Road. Jose Mourinho's team had much of the match under control by the Hornets, who had a 100 percent record this season before kick-off. Andrey's second-half goals and a late red card for Nemanja Matic made for a grandstand. Finish, but the Red Devils saw the game thanks to an important David De Gea parade. The United squad went straight back to Manchester after the game. In Wilmslow, a number of players jumped out of the train instead of driving into the city center. Paul Pogba was one of five first-team starters in the city of Cheshire, confident in the knowledge that he was in an excellent performance against Watford. The World Cup winner is in for plenty of criticism this season for his on-field displays, while his relationship with Mourinho has also been called into question. H Pogba was one of the outstanding players of United yesterday, alongside a revived Marouane Fellaini in midfield. Eric Bailly, Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard and Sergio Romero got off the train last night at 11.15 pm, with the quartet coming first – team coach Michael Carrick. The Red Devils are currently eights in the Premier League with three wins from five games and look back on the track after losing to Brighton and Tottenham. Mourinho's men are on a trip to Switzerland on the way to becoming BSC Young boys in the Champions League group stage. Luke Shaw is expected to be available after a loss to Watford due to a serious head injury in international service. Marcus Rashford is suspended for another two Premier League appearances, but could be back in action against the Swiss outfit when United revolves.
