MICHAEL Ballack has challenged the new generation of Chelsea to prove that they have the leadership mentality that made the Blues a dominant force.
Former midfielder Ballack was an important part of the team that made Chelsea part of the European elite under Jose Mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti.

"I now see a more technical side of Chelsea.
"If you want to be great again, there are a few things that I can think about.
"The key is the mentality of the team. That's so important
"But also the ability of the coach to give the team the right spirit."
