Arsenal could ring the changes before the Europa League with Sporting Lisbon after hitting Leicester in the Emirates on Monday night.
A goal from Mesut Özil and a half-time break through substitute Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang were enough to secure the Gunners to secure all three points and continue their triumphant advance.
Emery faces several injury problems as four first-team players are doubtful and another three players are definitely out of action while his side are back at Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Lauren Koscielny, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Carl Jenkinson are all absent in the long run, while both Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac missed the win over Leicester.
The Spaniard pulled against the foxes with an achilles tendon injury from the squad, while Kolasinac also got a small punch, but former should replace Stephan Lichtsteiner on the left defense against Sporting.
Petr Cech is still recovering from a hamstring injury and is unlikely to attend on Thursday while Sokratis Papastathopoulos is also doubtful. Emery suggests that he will rest the Greek center-back after his ankle problem.
Should Sokratis fail, Shkodran Mustafi will play along with Rob Holding in central defense with Hector Bellerin on the right back.
Matteo Guendouzi came on in a 3-1 win to replace Lucas Torreira while Mohamed Elneny will also play.
Danny Welbeck could go for Alexi Iwobi on the left wing, while Emile Smith-Rowe is impressed in the Europa League this season and could get another chance on the opposing flank.
It is expected that Aaron Ramsey will return after taking time to give birth to his twin children, although Ozil may have rested after his maiden appearance on Monday.
Finally, Aubameyang is expected to go on the front line at the expense of Alexandre Lacazette, who has played in the last two Premier League games.
After defeating Leicester, Emery said, "Yesterday was a very bad day for our injuries because we lost two in the same position as Sead Kolasinac and Nacho Monreal.
"They were in training with a little problem, but we made the group with both for today, but this morning the news is that they are not playing well.
"We had another player today like Lichtsteiner and Xhaka – he played for 30 minutes on left-backs – but for us it's better to play Nacho or Sead in that position and we'll look at what you're like for the next games but me hope you can play on Thursday or shortly thereafter
"Sokratis, he trained yesterday, I think he can stay for Thursday and we'll look, because now, with a lot of games in a few days, it's important that the players get the good preparation.
"To give you moments to rest and prepare for the games."
