If the previous weekend, Padura denounced the attack on one of its fans by “several ultra Deusto fans”, this tenth matchday has also involved another unfortunate episode from the stands. Urduliz stated on their social networks on Sunday night that “we want to denounce the acts of vandalism that our facilities suffered by a sector of the Portugalete fans, during the Urduliz-Portugalete match.”

In that same note, he attached four photos. In one of them, some jarrilla fans could be seen with two flares, while the players retired to the locker room. The other three images expose the numerous graffiti that, apparently, that same group of fans made in the bathrooms of the Iparralde stadium, where the match was played. In most of these graffiti, you can read the motto “Portu Hools”, while in another they write “Ezkerraldeko Players”.
This match between both teams ended with a 2-2 draw. The match also led to an expulsion for each team, in addition to Iván Franco, coach of Portugalete, seeing the red card and a controversial penalty in favor of the local team. As EL CORREO was able to know, before these events became known, the Portuguese club felt deep indignation with the arbitration. These draws caused the Portuguese to lose the lead to the detriment of Deusto, although they remain undefeated this season.
Two messes in one week
It is not the first time that a stir has been generated around this group of fans. Precisely, last day, the referee expelled two people from the La Florida stands for alleged threats to the lineman who was closest to the area of the field where they are located. The meeting in front of Lagun Onak stopped for several minutes, until those involved left the facilities. The rest of the group later accompanied them. The directors of the Left Bank club and other witnesses who were there say that they did not hear anything to generate that feeling of threat.
