The Costa Rican delegation of table tennis He stood out in the Pan American Master Table Tennis Championship, held in Rionegro, Antioquia, Colombia, returning with a total of 10 medals, distributed in two silver and eight bronze.
The event concluded this previous Wednesday, with a good performance by the Costa Ricans in the individual competitions, where they obtained six medals, one silver and five bronze.

In the case of the team and doubles competition they also had an outstanding participation where they stood on the podium four times.
The Costa Rican team was made up of 20 athletes, who demonstrated a high level in the various categories in which they participated.
The list included Mauricio Angulo, Steven Bonilla and Angie Araya in the 30-34 year old category; Oscar Mata, David Peraza, Kaven Zheng and Luis Carlos López in the 35-39 year old category.
The group between 40-44 was Alex Quirós, David Aguilar, Allan Calvo and Carlos Guerrero. Marvin Marín was the only one 50-54. José Quesada and Eduardo Trejos in the 55-59.

Mercedes Valenzuela, Sonia Hernández and Sylvia Con made up the 60-64 group, Gerardo Ly Chen was present in the 65-69 group, Luis Delgado in the 70-74 category and Jorge Simón, representing 75+, closed the delegation.
