Tuesday evening’s fourth round in the season’s Badminton League has moved completely around the table, but there was no one who could topple Vendsyssel from their first place. It will be exciting if it happens tonight, as the top three are incredibly close.

On Tuesday evening, the Badminton League was turned upside down. Especially in the midfield, the clubs changed places, but it is a few points that separate them almost across the board.

Vendsyssel – Team Skælskør-Slagelse
At home, the Badminton League’s first place, Vendsyssel, and Team Skælskør-Slagelse (TSS), which after Tuesday’s fourth round have had to move down to seventh place, meet.
Vendsyssel actually lost their last round on Tuesday, but only 4-5, so they are still in first place with their 37 points, although closely followed by Højbjerg/Via Biler and Skovshoved with two and one point behind respectively.
The opponents from TSS took a small dip from fifth place down to seventh place after Tuesday’s round. However, they only have two points left to be able to take fifth place again.
Solrød Strand – Aalborg Triton
Solrød Strand meets Jutland opposition on Thursday when Aalborg Triton comes to visit. The hosts are in fifth place before the game.
Aalborg Triton are still chasing their first win this season, where they are in last place with zero points. For the North Jutland team, there is therefore something of a path to the nearest team Værløse, who have ten points.

Hvidovre – Værløse
Some who probably have a lot of confidence in their baggage from Tuesday’s fourth round must be the team from Hvidovre, who took a 9-0 victory over Aalborg Triton away from home. The nine points helped lift the team from sixth to fourth place in the season’s Badminton League.
At home tonight they meet Værløse, who are in ninth place with ten points. Værløse lost their match on Tuesday against RSL ODENSE OBK with 3-6. So it wasn’t here that the luck would turn for the North Zealand club, but it might happen tonight at Hvidovre’s home ground in HBC Hallen.
RSL ODENSE OBK – Skovshoved
On Funen, RSL ODENSE OBK welcomes away team Skovshoved. The Fyn team is immediately in sixth place, but it is just a single point that separates them from fifth place. And four points separate them from fourth place.
Skovshoved started from the fact that on Tuesday morning they were number three in the table, where they are now number two on Thursday morning. Tuesday evening offered a victory over Solrød Strand with 6-3 at home. Skovshoved is just a single point from first place with its 36 points.

Gentofte – Højbjerg/Via Biler
Last but not least, Gentofte meets at home Højbjerg/Via Biler. Gentofte is in eighth place in the season’s league, but with a recent first win under their belt, it may be that there is great spirit in the players. At present, Gentofte, with its 15 points, has nine points up to seventh place.
Enthusiastic or not, they meet the league’s third place, Højbjerg/Via Biler. The club moved down from second to third place after Tuesday’s fourth round. However, there is not much that separates them from the other clubs in the top three. The club has a single point up to second place and two points up to first place.
