Superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo played the main role in his Milwaukee Bucks’ 107:113 defeat of defending champion Boston Celtics. His 43 points couldn’t prevent the defeat.

What particularly caused a stir was a scene in which the Greek, after a foul, only pretended to want to help his opponent Jaylen Brown up. First, Antetokounmpo fouled Brown. When Brown tried to grab Antetokounmpo’s outstretched hand to get up, he pulled it back and ran his hand through his hair.

“Giannis is a child,” Brown mocked the basketball exceptional talent because of the scene after the game. According to a report by “The Athletic,” he relaxed after the game. “It’s obviously a joke,” Antetokounmpo said of the scene. “We play basketball, but at the same time you have to have fun while playing.”

Antetokounmpo praised Brown as an incredible player who would do anything to help his team win, but making jokes during the game was not unusual. The multiple NBA all-star would definitely do it again next time if the situation arose. “I’m going to continue to be myself, and if at the end of the day I’m called a child, then so be it.” (sid/edited by jum)
