Representatives of our institution competed in the Frigata Sarmiento tournament last weekend with an outstanding performance.
Last weekend – from October 4 to 6 – the Judo Tournament was held at the Puerto Belgrano Base Frigate Sarmiento where representatives of our club participated.
The tournament, which was held for the third year, had 240 participants who competed in the promotional categories, children A and B, cadets, Kyu novice and graduate, senior, school and veterans. The performance of the Student representatives was extremely successful.
The Sarmiento Frigate is organized by the Marine Infantry Brigade (BRIM) and the organization highlights that its objective is to “foster friendship, camaraderie and respect for the opponent.” In addition, the competitions leave learning and teachings to improve the technique.
