Very sad news in the world of American sport where we learned of the sudden death of Larry Allen. The former NFL star died suddenly while on vacation in Mexico.

During the night from Monday to Tuesday, the world of American sport lost one of its stars. A true legend of the Dallas Cowboys American football team, Larry Allen died suddenly at the age of 52. The former player was quietly enjoying a vacation in Mexico as explained by the franchise in which he played during the majority of his NFL career.

Champion in 1996

Offensive guard (responsible for protecting the quarterback) with an impressive physique (1.91 m for 147 kg), the Los Angeles native was one of the pillars of the Cowboys’ last victory in the Super Bowl in 1996. He spent a total of twelve seasons with Dallas (1994-2005) before his transfer to the San Francisco 49ers (2006-2007), where he retired from sports. It was “one of the most respected and accomplished offensive linemen to ever play in the NFL.”writes the Texan team on its social networks.

Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2013
