CECyTE-EMSaD in Tlaxcala Delivers $2.8 Million for Retirements and Benefits 13 Former Workers

*A total of 13 former workers with up to 40 years of service were benefited.

385 Degrees / CECyTE – EMSaD / EDITORIAL / The State College of Scientific and Technological Studies (CECyTE) and the Distance Higher Secondary Education Centers (EMSaD) in the State of Tlaxcala, in coordination with the CECyTE Workers Union attached to The CTM delivered 2 million 801 thousand 344 pesos for retirements, deaths and voluntary resignations.

The general director of the subsystem, Norberto Cervantes Contreras, recognized the work of those who dedicate their lives to the College and celebrated the good will to negotiate and reach labor agreements, as well as the efforts of the state government headed by President Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros and the Union. , to release the corresponding payments.

In his speech, the director of professions of Higher Secondary and Higher Education in the State, Raciel Sánchez Rincón, applauded the work being carried out in the CECyTE – EMSaD to bring to fruition the negotiations and actions for the benefit of former collaborators, and recognized the work of the largest secondary education subsystem in Tlaxcala.

In his speech, the union leader of the CECyTE, Zenón Ramos Castillo, reiterated his commitment to continue working and defending the rights of the working class, and thanked the collaboration of the state administration and the leadership of the general management headed by Cervantes Contreras.

Former worker Efraín López López received the symbolic delivery of the agreement that was signed at the Labor Conciliation Center of the State of Tlaxcala, for retirement.
Likewise, those present observed a minute of silence in memory of Fredy Miranda Pérez, who lost his life this Thursday and served as Secretary of Labor and Conflicts of the CECyTE Union.
