Another Departure from the Youth Teams at Anderlecht: Jeroen Chantrain Says Goodbye

The departures keep coming from the youth teams in Anderlecht. After the departure of Angel Cortes, another name is leaving the club.

Sporting Anderlecht has seen some changes in its organizational chart in recent months. Recently, it was Angel Cortes who said goodbye to the club.

In charge of the RSCA Academy, he joined the club in 2021 on the advice of Jean Kindermans. And today, another youth coach is leaving Sporting.

Thus, Jeroen Chantrain announced his departure from the RSCA in a long message on social networks. Chantrain was in charge of coaching the club’s U13 and U14 teams.

“It’s not a farewell, but simply a goodbye”

“At the end of this season, I will take leave of RSC Anderlecht after having spent more than six years there. This club, full of warmth, will remain eternally in my heart. I met exceptional people there, overflowing with passion and energy,” he wrote.

“I had the opportunity to collaborate with great talents. I am infinitely grateful to them! They contributed to my development, both personal and professional. Every day, it was a pleasure to meet them again and work together in a common goal: to improve young talents.”

“My colleagues have supported me in my development. These individuals are precious to me and have become friends. Joining the RSCA was a childhood dream. But more than anything, I am honored to have been an integral part of the true Neerpede. This is not farewell, but simply goodbye.”
