The management of the East Bohemian club reacted in this way and prematurely came to the opinion that they would not extend the contract with him, which ends in June, and that they would speed up the whole process by breaking up immediately. “In this situation, it is a finished matter for me and I will not comment on it,” head coach Václav Kotal refused to discuss this topic at the pre-season press conference.
The Slovakian goalkeeper is currently training with a reserve. “This decision was sensitive for us, it has been brewing for a long time. But I don’t think it’s unusual. We will allow him to leave for free, he can look for a new team. The club will live up to all the obligations we have towards him. He performed excellent services there, I rate the year and a half he was here positively. However, this happens in football, we decided to go a different way,” explained Sabou.
