Joselu shined when Real Madrid beat Union Berlin 3-2. Joselu was the best player in that match, another old man in El Real!

Real Madrid visited Union Berlin in the final match of Group C of the Champions League, Wednesday (13/12) early morning WIB. Madrid won 3-2, Joselu scored two goals with headers.

Joselu was crowned as man of the match in that match. Joselu was able to exploit every small gap in the tight Union Berlin defense.

“It was a difficult match for a striker, who had little space to get the ball. Union defended very deep and surrounded him. Joselu had a good header to score,” wrote the official UEFA website.

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti also praised Joselu. Ancelotti is satisfied, because Joselu can be a goal machine besides Bellingham!

“Joselu has scored eight goals in all competitions, that’s good for us. He is a figure whose characteristics help us a lot,” he explained.

Joselu is already 33 years old. This season, he just made his debut in the Champions League.

Madrid has Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, who are called old taros because they are over 30 years old and still have an important role. Now Joselu, can’t be underestimated!

“I’ve always dreamed of wearing the Real Madrid shirt and playing for this club, so getting the Man of the Match award in this competition is something special,” said the striker.
