LeBron James ended up fed up with the Jokic and Murray Nuggets’ over-the-top celebrations last year after the Colorado team eliminated the Lakers in the Western Finals to end up winning the ring. Specifically those of his coach, Michael Malone.
“Speaking of the Lakers, I just want you guys to know that this is bombshell news: I’m thinking about retiring. “I’m joking,” said Malone on The Pat McAffe Show, making fun of ‘Bron’s’ enigmatic comment about a possible retirement in the summer.
This is how LeBron responded: “Enjoy your light but remember that I am the sun. “I’m staying forever!”
Although ‘The King’ referred to the tie against the Nuggets on Media Day, he did not send them any special message. The person in charge of doing it was going to be Anthony Daviswho made everything very clear:
“It was just a lot of talking. We get it, you won but LeBron and I had conversations like “We can’t wait,” the ‘Eyebrow’ snapped with a smile, eager for revenge.
