Judo Villefranche offers three weekly sessions at the gymnasium dojo, including one on Monday at midday. The club is also organizing a quine this Sunday.
In addition to teaching judo to children (from 5 years old), adolescents and adults, beginners or competitors, Judo Villefranche teachers offer taiso lessons. Taïso, which means body preparation in Japanese, is ideal for maintaining control of your body and even regaining muscle quality. The sessions are accessible to everyone, including those who have never practiced a “martial art”. There are no falls, hits or violent actions, making the activity accessible and attractive to all age categories.
The objectives of taiso are to strengthen the muscular system, improve control of movements, increase flexibility and learn to relax. The benefits of regular taiso practice are multiple and offer the licensee a gentle sporting experience. It’s a sport for everyone (teenagers and adults) which allows you to exercise in a good atmosphere.
Judo Villefranche has scheduled three sessions per week. In addition to the two courses on Thursday, from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., a course has been added since the start of the school year on Monday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. -daytime. The meeting is set at the Tricot gymnasium dojo. Two free trial sessions are possible.
The Villefranche Judo club is organizing a quine this Sunday, October 8, from 3 p.m. at the La Madeleine village hall in Villefranche. This quine will be richly endowed with vouchers in Villefranche businesses (Leclerc, Intermarché, Pavillon du Causse), for a total value exceeding €3,000. Seventeen games will be played during the afternoon, with a super quine game worth €550.
The best welcome will be reserved for the public, expected to be numerous, with pancakes offered at the refreshment bar.
