The march of the four Alto Garda football teams continues in the Promotion championship, where three are among the top five in the rankings.
This time it’s only Nago Torbole and Benacense that are smiling, immediately raising their heads after last week’s defeat against Ravinense, beating Condinese 3-0 at the end of a match excellently played by Ceraso’s team. With the three points won, the Riva team shortens the distance from the top, just one point behind the leaders.
In the 20th minute the contest was broken with Risatti (top scorer of the Championship) with a great shot that went under the crossbar. The other two goals were scored by Bonilla (43′ pt) and Ferraglia (18′ pt) which allowed Mister Ceraso’s team to immediately restart with momentum.
Excellent performance by Nago-Torbole who overwhelms Sacco San Giorgio in Rovereto. The Garda players managed to break the deadlock in a match that seemed headed towards a draw, taking advantage of an error by the Rovereto defence, closing the score by taking advantage of the home team’s moment of slippage.
The goals all came within a few minutes from Forcinella (18’st) Bolognani (20’st) and Bergamo (25’st). Mr. Azzolini’s team is at the top of the table with 10 points.
The white and blues of the Rotaliana conquered the “Comunale” in via Pomerio 3-0 and inflicted the Arco’s first stop of the tournament after 3 wins and 1 draw.
The goals were all scored in the first half by Sebastiani (28’pt), Luca Moser (36’pt) and his brother Tommaso (40’pt). For the Arcensians a very bad stop after an excellent start.
The newly promoted Stivo is on 6 points after the 3-1 defeat against Telve, its first success of the season. A victory that is worth double for the Valsuganotti because it was achieved against a direct competitor for salvation and came at the end of a match conducted for long stretches.
In the Eccellenza championship, Dro, the only team in our area, was defeated by Bozner 3 to 1, leaving them with only two points in the standings.
