HERMOSILLO.- The construction of two hospitals, a sports unit and offices of the Judicial Branch, are contemplated in the 50 hectare land that the state government recovered in the area known as Puerta Oeste, near the Fernando Valenzuela Stadium before Sonora, reported Antonio Gallardo Galaz.
The executive coordinator of Assets and Concessions of the state government indicated that in addition to the new Issste and Isssteson hospitals, the construction of an archery academy is also planned, which will be named after the Olympic medalist, Alejandra Valencia.
“The project starts with one hectare that can be expanded to two hectares, some offices for the State Judicial Branch are also being explored, we are also exploring it,” he explained.
The state official said that the executive projects of these new buildings are accompanied by the creation of new roads that connect to the west of the city.
