Galician cuisine comes to the United States thanks to chefs Paco Gómez and Anxo Trives and the support of the Ourense Provincial Council.
The two members of the Amigos da Cociña Galega association travel to the US to spread the benefits of Ourense gastronomy.
Galician cuisine comes to the United States
This Sunday, September 24, Paco Gómez will perform a cooking show at Casa D’Paco (Warwick Street, Newark) with the octopus as the main protagonist. At the same time, Anxo Trives will prepare various dishes for the attendees.
On Tuesday, September 26, both chefs will star in another culinary event at Tomiño Taberna Galega (New York). Galician octopus cooked by Paco Gömez and a caldeirada made by Anxo Trives will delight the most exquisite palates.
The third and final day will be at the Zeru restaurant (Brickell Ave, Miami). Once again, both chefs will show their culinary skills to prepare exquisite dishes that highlight Galician cuisine.
