Around 80 athletes were in action to compete for top honors in the Duarte Archery Cup that was held last Sunday, September 10 at the Parque del Este Archery Pavilion in Santo Domingo Este
Carlina Morati becomes five-time champion of this contest
Athletes from the archery associations of Santiago, La Vega, Hermanas Mirabal, San Francisco de Macorís, Santo Domingo Province, San Pedro de Macorís and La Romana. The championship, organized by the Dominican Archery Federation (Fedota), was carried out in the cadet, youth, senior and master categories.
The event brought together the best archers in the country and the day was exciting, highlighted as always by the talented Carlina Morati who became the five-time champion of this competition and reinforced her image as absolute number one in this competition. This victory marks her fifth consecutive victory as the National Championdemonstrating unmatched mastery in his discipline.
At the award ceremony she looked very excited and grateful to her coach and family.
