Guest of honor will be the director of “Eco del Roditore” Geronimo Stilton. He is the favorite journalist mouse of children’s books, the protagonist of the event “A smile for Arezzo”, the proceeds of which will be donated to Calcit for the Scudo Project. In fact, the offers collected from the sale of Geronimo Stilton’s books will go to the committee. A whole day of sport, health, entertainment and solidarity is coming up. A real party, the one that will animate the Pertini park on Saturday 16 September with the event organized by ACLI in collaboration with Calcit and the Geronimo Stilton Foundation, with the sponsorship of the Municipality of Arezzo, the Arezzo Community Foundation and Asl. The event, aimed at disseminating social values and raising funds for Calcit, will have among its protagonists together with Geronimo, the mouse writer, journalist and publisher most loved by children, a series of sports realities. With them also the world of the Giostra del Saracino which will be the protagonist of some moments of the show. The presence of the Police is significant and will be at the event with its own exhibition area where historic vehicles from the Rome Police Car Museum and current vehicles can be admired. The Scientific Police will be present with their own personnel and with the special Fullback vehicle.
At the event, there will also be a dog team and a bomb disposal team who will organize performances for the children. Jacopo Luchini, athlete of the Fiamme Oro sports groups, Paralympic snowboard specialty, will also participate.
During the day, children and adults will also be able to try out the various activities offered by some sports associations, such as rhythmic gymnastics, martial arts, archery and football. The operators of the voluntary and civil protection Odv Arezzo group will also be present. Appointments start at 10 with ludic-sporting activities. Introduced by the herald of the Giostra, by the representatives of the four districts and by a performance by the Musicians, it will be the turn of Geronimo Stilton’s first show with his “creator” Elisabetta Dami. Closing the day will still be the journalist mouse with the second part of his show. Furthermore, the director of “Eco del Roditore” will also be present with a gazebo dedicated to Geronimo Stilton’s books, available against a donation of 10 euros, the proceeds of which will be donated to Calcit for the Scudo Project.
