The Philadelphia 76ers will kick off their 2023-24 campaign on the road against the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday, October 26 at 7:30 p.m. on TNT. The 76ers have won three of their last four season openers.
This exciting nationally televised matchup marks the first of 29 in which Philadelphia will be featured on ABC (three), ESPN (eight), TNT (seven) and NBA TV (eleven) during the 2023-24 regular season.
Following a game on Canadian soil against the Toronto Raptors on Saturday, October 28, the 76ers will host the Portland Trail Blazers in their home opener on Sunday, October 29 at 7:30 pm at the Center.
The 2023-24 season will include the Seasonal Tournament, which will begin on Friday, November 3. This tournament will consist of Group Phase and Elimination Phases.
Group Stage matches, the first of two legs in the Seasonal Tournament, will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays in November. On these “Tournament Nights”, the only NBA games scheduled will be those in the Group Stage.
As part of Group A in the Eastern Conference, Philadelphia will travel to Detroit to face the Pistons on November 10 at 7 pm, before hosting the Indiana Pacers on November 14 at 7 pm The third game of the Phase Team Groups is scheduled against the Hawks in Atlanta on November 17 at 7:30 pm, while the 76ers will close out the Group Stage on November 21 at home against Cleveland at 7:30 pm on TNT.
Based on the group standings, the 76ers have the opportunity to advance to the Knockout Phases, which will be single-elimination in the Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Final. The Semifinals and the Final will take place in Las Vegas on December 7 and 9, respectively.
For the second straight season, the 76ers are one of 10 NBA teams to play on Christmas Day. Philadelphia will take on Miami at 8 pm on ESPN, marking the team’s fifth Christmas Day appearance in the past seven years. The 76ers are 19-14 in games played on Christmas, including three wins in their last four meetings dating back to 2017. The game will mark the first Christmas Day meeting between the 76ers and Heat.

Philadelphia’s longest running home series will span five games in 11 days at The Center from Oct. 29 through Nov. 8. This includes the home opener against Portland (Sunday, October 29, 7:30 p.m.), followed by Toronto (Thursday, November 2, 7 p.m., NBA TV), Phoenix (Saturday, November 4, 1 p.m.), Washington ( Monday, November 6, 7 pm) and Boston (Wednesday, November 8, 7 pm).
Philadelphia’s longest road trip of the season will last eight days and five games, from January 25 to February 1. This includes games against Indiana (Thursday, Jan. 25, 7 p.m.), Denver (Saturday, Jan. 27, 5:30 p.m., ABC), Portland (Monday, Jan. 29, 10 p.m., NBA TV), Golden State (Tuesday, Jan. January, 10 p.m. ET, TNT) and Utah (Thursday, Feb. 1, 9 p.m.).
The 76ers will host the defending NBA champion Denver Nuggets on Tuesday, January 16 (7:30 pm, TNT).
The 76ers will have 17 weekend games (9 Fridays, 4 Saturdays, 4 Sundays) at The Center.
The Philadelphia games for the week of December 4 will be announced by the NBA after the conclusion of the In-Season Tournament Group Stage.
Philadelphia is scheduled for 14 straight games, four of which will be in January.
The 76ers will play 11 road games in the month of March, marking the most games away from The Center in a single month this season.”
