Grosseto, 28 August 2023 – The triptych of archery competitions in Montalcino has begun in the best possible way. A 72-arrow competition without direct clashes took place at the Compagnia Arcieri Montalcino. And immediately great results arrived for the Maremmana Arcieri Company, which returned home with precious medals and excellent placements. First place for Matteo Bilisari in the men’s junior Olympic arc with a fantastic score of 679; first place and victory also for Leonardo Marchi in the men’s Olympic competition with 627 points; first place in the men’s naked archery master for Leonardo Capuccini with 432 points; first place in the very young women’s Olympic competition with 649 points for Vittoria Capuccini. Second place for Martina Bertoldi in the very young women’s Olympic competition with 606 points. Excellent placements also for Gaia Condorelli Gaia (female very young Olympic archery), who is in fourth place and Antonio Condorelli (male master’s Olympic archery) who is in seventh place. The very young women’s Olympic archery team (Capuccini, Bertoldi, Condorelli) conquers the top step of the podium.
