According to information from US media, NBA coach Monty Williams has agreed on a mega contract with the Detroit Pistons. The basketball coach, who was only recently fired from the Phoenix Suns, is said to get the most lucrative working paper for a coach in the history of the league.
ESPN reported on Wednesday evening (local time) of a six-year contract worth 78.5 million US dollars that Williams and the Pistons had agreed on. According to NBA expert Shams Charania, the contract can be extended to up to eight years and $100 million under certain conditions.
Kicked out at Phoenix after poor playoff performance
