“These morons have nothing more to do with us”: the anger of the president of Ajaccio after the aggression of Kenzo

From Nicaragua where he lives, Alain Orsoni, the president of AC Ajaccio, says he is “horrified” after the attack on Saturday evening by supporters of the Kenzo club, an 8-year-old child, a Marseille fan and suffering from cancer in a lodge at the Francois-Coty stadium.

“I quickly had a press release written. Che shamed! (what a shame !) … We condemn with the greatest firmness, protests Alain Orsoni. I apologize to Kenzo and his family. This ignominy is not in line with the values of our club and of Corsica. We have great respect for old people and children. A sick child… What happened is just horrible… Since I found out what happened, I’ve been on the phone to sort it all out. The little one had already come to our house 15 days ago on the initiative of the Rotary Club and the President of Air Corscia. We had received him with all the respect due to the difficult situation he is going through. We are very sensitive to it. Saturday evening, after taking care of him, we took him to the locker room and he was able to see his OM idols. »

On the merits of this sad affair, Alain Orsoni wants to “react quickly after this act as stupid as it is nasty”. “We have the means to identify the morons who did this and we will do it. We will then file a complaint against them. They have nothing more to do with us. »

The president of the ACA also regrets “the general context” which surrounded the meeting. “We will also quickly request a meeting with the Prefect. We had incurred a lot of security costs for this match. We had been promised 100 mobile guards but there were only five… When the little one was attacked in the dressing room, we had a slight delay because our security guys had just been attacked by 200 supporters, well I didn’t. don’t call it that, from OM’s kop. On our side, we had 11 injuries. What is happening in the stands in France is becoming very serious…”
