Saxony Cup final: Lok Leipzig – Chemnitz 3: 0 | Sports

1. FC Lok Leipzig is the winner of the 2023 Saxony Cup.

In the final at home, in front of 10,700 spectators, there was a 3-0 win over the defending champion Chemnitz. It is Lok’s third cup victory in the sixth final.

Leipzig celebrates its victory, the fans let the wooden grandstand shake and crunch, Ziane pushes the 3-0 in, the presentation of the Chemnitzer FC now takes on strange traits (64th).

Some sorrow mixed in with Lok’s celebration when Ogbidi had to be escorted off the pitch (74′).

While Lok can look forward to the draw for the DFB Cup, CFC are facing turbulent weeks of intensive work-up and squad architecture despite the summer break.
