As expected, attacking midfielder Marco Asensio (27 years old, 31 appearances and 9 goals in La Liga this season), free at the end of his contract with Real Madrid, will join Paris Saint-Germain this summer. According to information from the media Relevo, the Spanish international will take the direction of the French capital, accompanied by his agent Jorge Mendes, this Monday in order to pass his medical examination.
In the process, the ex-player of Mallorca will commit until June 2027 in favor of the recent champion of France. With Sporting Portugal midfielder Manuel Ugarte (see brief 08:22), Asensio will thus be one of PSG’s first summer recruits.
