Maël Hamon-Crespin leaves Paris for Saint-Chamond

After an extremely complicated season on a collective level with the Espoirs du Paris Basketball, Maël Hamon-Crespin will continue his development alongside Saint-Chamond in Pro B. He has signed up for the next two seasons.

After a complicated year at Paris Basketball in Espoirs (18e), Mael Hamon-Crespin will fly on its own and get a bigger role. Landed in the capital in January 2023 after a difficult experience in the NCAA, the Thionvillois played eleven professional matches, including six EuroCup. Now, the former Pôle France player will discover Pro B in order to continue his development. He signed up, this Thursday, June 8, with Saint-Chamond for the next two seasons. Position 4 of 2m06, the latter should bring size to the racket of the SCBVG and have the difficult task of replacing in the interior sector Mathieu BoyerMVP of the club last year and left at the beginning of June, probably in the direction of Antibes.

Last season, in Espoirs, the French averaged 18 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. It’s the second signature recorded by the club of the metropolis of Saint-Etienne after Roger Moute A Bidias.
