In Abruzzo the month of June opens with football, volleyball and tennis tournaments

Twelve days of great sport in Abruzzo with OPES. The regional committee, chaired by Terenzio Rucci, thanks to the collaboration with the affiliated amateur sports associations and clubs, is taking the stage with two weeks of top-level sports events.

After lowering the curtain on the dance event “Montesilvano on Stage”the appointment that has attracted dancers from every corner of the boot to the shores of the Adriatic, the sports facilities of the provinces of Teramo and Pescara are hosting tournaments of football, volleyball and tennis. In short, the Abruzzo summer begins in the name of sport and aggregation. Hundreds of athletes are challenging each other these days and will compete for the conquest of the various category titles. For the organizers and the Abruzzo committee, however, the most important aspect is another: to give these young people and each athlete a unique training experience, both from a sporting point of view and as regards their human growth.

If the appointments dedicated to soccer and futsal are aimed at members born between 2007 and 2016, the National Cup di volley, the sporting event organized and promoted by the national sector directed by David Symbolotti, will see athletes of all ages engaged from 2 to 4 June. The teams entered in the men’s, women’s and mixed open categories will compete for the various titles in the sports facilities of Atri, Pineto and Silvi Marina.

Once the National Cup has been archived, Olimpia Donne and the Abruzzo regional committee will give volleyball fans another competitive event. On June 5, in Pescara, in fact, it will start l’Abruzzo Cup of women’s volleyball. The opening match will take place at PalaElettra2 in Pescara at 8.30pm.

Football, futsal, volleyball, but also tennis. The tennis house of the OPES Abruzzo competitions will once again be there Sporting Village of Pescara. The draws for the singles and doubles tournaments will be held on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 June. If the men are seen at work in the first, the couples will be mixed in the second. The organization announces that the registration fee is 20 euros for singles players and 10 euros for each doubles player.
