Manon is a Power-Type mid-range fighter with a judo-inspired moveset. She is one of seven new characters added to street fighter 6‘s, bringing the total number of intermediate ranks to 12. But what makes Manon stand out is her Medal Level system, which gives her a permanent buff after every special cast.

Manon Medal Tiers Explained

The medal level is an ongoing fight buff. Every time Manon successfully executes a Command Grab that knocks down her opponent, she gains a Medal point. To balance Kata and Randori while playing Manon, mix high kicks and punches with short counterparts. Keep the opponent guessing and feint whenever possible.

Manon’s Down Special is a fake turn that players can use as their main feint.

Keep the fight midrange

Thanks to her long legs, Manon has good range in the midrange. She can create the illusion of a safe distance for the opponent and lash out when they don’t expect it. That is why she must control the opponent frequently to keep them in the desired space.

The best combos for Manon

SF6 Base Roster Rookies: Manon

The ideal order for Manon combos is check, break, pull. Passing involves using your lights and means to identify an opening, breaking involves starting a combo with a back kick. Throwing is when you use a grappling technique to finish off the opponent.
