The 71st Kanto High School Judo Tournament of 2023 took place on the 4th, the final day, at the East Japan Institute of Technology Budokan (Ibaraki Budokan) in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Toin Gakuen High School (Kanagawa Prefecture) won the match.

In the women’s team competition, the vanguard and midfielder are “57 kg or less”, and the captain is “indiscriminate”, which is also a unique arrangement for the Kanto tournament, just like the men’s. 37 schools entered. The competition on the final day began with the 3rd round of the 16 schools that survived the first day, and Toin Gakuen High School and Tokiwa High School (Gunma Prefecture) won the final.
