This distribution is included in the Royal Decree of Centralized Sale where the distribution criteria between the clubs according to their classification are found. The percentage will be distributed among the participants of each category in equal parts. The amount to be distributed will be 50 per 100 in the First division and at least 70 percent in the Second Division. Always starting from a base of 1400 euros as the global amount that LaLiga currently receives for audiovisual rights. This supposes a fixed minimum of 700 million, which supposes about 35 million for team.
The remaining amount after distributing the previous 700 million is distributed among the clubs and entities of each category in a variable way. Each half of this amount will be distributed according to each series of criteria:
On the one hand are the sports results obtained. In the First division The sports results of the last five seasons will be taken into consideration, weighting those obtained in the last one 35%, in the penultimate one 20% and 15% each of the three previous ones. In the Second Division, only the last season is taken into account.
For the application of these criteria, the amount to be distributed will be assigned to each of the seasons considered, in accordance with the weighting criteria established in the previous paragraph. The amount assigned to each season will be distributed among the participants as follows:
– 1st classified: 17 per 100.
– 2nd classified: 15 per 100.
– 3rd place: 13 per 100.
– 4th classified: 11 per 100.
– 5th classified: 9 per 100.
– 6th classified: 7 per 100.
– 7th classified: 5 per 100.
– 8th classified: 3.5 per 100.
– 9th classified: 3 per 100.
– 10th classified: 2’75 per 100.
– 11th classified: 2.5 per 100.
– 12th classified: 2’25 per 100.
– 13th classified: 2 per 100.
– 14th classified: 1’75 per 100.
– 15th classified: 1.5 per 100.
– 16th classified: 1’25 per 100.
– 17th classified: 1 per 100.
– 18th classified: 0.75 per 100.
– 19th classified: 0.5 per 100.
– 20th classified: 0’25 per 100.
All this supposes that there are around 60 blaugranas as a variable which, added to the 35 fixed ones, implies that they reach almost 100 million in audiovisual matters. This supposes about 7 million more with respect to the second place that occupies the Real Madrid. The white club between the fixed and variable enters about 89 million euros.
