Excitement in women’s doubles: The tennis duo Aldila Sutjiadi (Indonesia) and Miyu Kato (Japan) were disqualified in the round of 16 of the French Open.
In the match against Marie Bouzkova of the Czech Republic and her Spanish partner Sara Sorribes Tormo, a ball played to the side by Kato unfortunately hit a ball girl. At this point, Kato/Sutjiadi were leading 3:1 in the second set, having lost the first set 6:7 (1:7).
